The CSU Swim Club is a student-run organization that strives to build a community within their team, to have healthy competition, and to share a love for the sport. Participating on a club sports team is a good way to maintain a competitive edge and have fun competing. Plus, swimming is great exercise, a great stress reliever, and a life-long skill.
2022-2023 marks the twelfth year of Swim Club’s recognition as a sport club at CSU. This co-ed club is intended for swimmers of all levels and backgrounds. The team practices at the Moby Pool and the Glenn Morris Pool, with workouts tailored to member needs. Depending on skill level and desired intensity, practices can range from 2,500 to 6,000 yards. The Swim Club competes against regional schools in local meets each semester, including two home meets each year. The team also competes at CCS National Championship at the end of each swim season.
