The Men’s Rugby sport club is highly competitive, but the team does not make cuts and has up to three sides (teams). The team starts their workout routines in early fall, and plays both semesters. There are 3-4 evening practices a week and games on the weekends. The Rams play in one of the toughest collegiate leagues in the nation – the Eastern Rockies Rugby Football Union (ERRFU). Teams in this union include U.S. Air Force Academy, Wyoming, and the University of Colorado. In additiona, the team plays several smaller schools within Colorado.

The cost to participate varies, but dues are about $300 per year, which covers your registration with USA Rugby. Travel to territorials is partially covered by the club, but players should expect to pay extra for travel.
