About Us
To foster and support student interest in any aspect and at every level of triathlon and multi-sport training, racing and lifestyle. With over 50 members, the Colorado State University Triathlon Club brings college students from all backgrounds together through the love of the three sports. With members ranging from beginners to professional, anyone who is a student at CSU is invited to join in on the fun, fitness, and friendship that the CSU Triathlon team has to offer. Let CSU Triathlon help you feel more comfortable swimming, biking, and running – no experience is needed. Talk to any of our current members and they can attest to the incredible improvement seen each year by members all across the board.
Each year, team members participate in a number of local and national events with USAT Collegiate National Championships being our main focus. At least one practice is held each day, but members are not required to attend each one – although the triathlon bug is contagious. Outside of triathlon training, our members create life-long friendships. There is no shortage of fun-filled activities, both at practice and during our free-time, and of course, lots of memories, great people, and a fantastic team to make your time at CSU the best imaginable.

Practice Schedule:
Monday: Functional Strength Workout, 6 AM to 7:30 AM (Mac Gym)
Technique-Based Swim Workout, 7 PM to 8 PM (Glenn Morris Pool)
Tuesday: Endurance Swim Workout, 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (Moby Pool)
Track Practice, 5 p.m. (University Center of the Arts Dirt Track)
Wednesday: Functional Strength Workout, 6 AM to 7:30 AM (Mac Gym)
Cycling (Meet at 5pm at Moby Lot, or ride indoors during winter)
Thursday: Speed Swim Workout, 6 AM to 7:30 AM (Moby Pool)
Cycling (Meet at 5pm at Moby Lot, or ride indoors during winter)
Friday: Functional Strength Workout, 6 AM to 7:30 AM (Mac Gym)
Team Run, meet at City Park at 3 PM
Saturday: Team Long Ride (Meet at Moby Lot at 10 AM, weather dependent)
Sunday: Team Long Run (Location TBD on a weekly basis, Usually meet at 9-10 AM)
