Student Recreation Center Hours

Summer Semester (5/17/19-8/9/19)

  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Sunday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The Aquatic Center closes 30 minutes prior to building close.

Climbing Wall Hours

Open Bouldering

The climbing wall is open for bouldering during normal Student Recreation Center hours.

Roped Climbing & Equipment Checkout

Summer Hours: Monday – Sunday: 3:00 – 8:00 pm

Fall & Spring Semester Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Saturday: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Sunday: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm

All patrons using the Climbing Wall must check-in and obtain a wristband at the Service Center during open bouldering. Wristbands and check-in begin at the Climbing Wall desk during roped climbing hours.

Intramural Office Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Closed during the summer
  • Not open during holidays or breaks and follows the Student Recreation Center building hours

Sport Club Office Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Closed during the summer
  • Not open during holidays or breaks and follows the Student Recreation Center building hours

Family & Youth Hours

During the academic year:

  • Thursdays from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm (pool only)
  • Fridays from 3:00 pm until Sundays at 5:00 pm (entire facility)

During the fall, winter, spring and summer recesses, family and youth hours begin the first Saturday of each break and end the first day of classes. 

  • 2018-2019 Recesses/Family & Youth Hours: fall break (11/16/18-11/25/18); winter break (12/14/18-1/21/19); spring break (3/15/19-3/24/19)
  • 2019-2020 Recesses/Family & Youth Hours: TBD

Family and youth hours allow Campus Recreation Members to bring their partner/spouse and up to four youth (17 years and under) into the Student Recreation Center with them for free.

  • The Campus Recreation Member must be present to sign in the family and youth guests and must be the parent/legal guardian of the youth OR be authorized by the parent/legal guardian to sign a waiver on behalf of the youth.
  • The member must remain in the facility with their family and youth guests at all times. Off Peak Members are restricted to family and youth hours that fall during their membership hours.

*All people 16 years and older must present one of the following forms of identification when being sponsored in as a guest or during family and youth hours by a campus recreation member: valid State Driver’s License, valid State ID card, current Passport, or USA Military ID. Entry will be denied without one of the previous mentioned identification forms.
