Initial Package

Prior to beginning personal training sessions, it is important for your trainer to get to know you, what you like to do, how your body moves and how you prefer to engage in movement. The Initial Package contains two sessions. The sessions are used to gather information such as past exercise history, functional movement tests, and anything the trainer deems appropriate to help you succeed based on the goals you discuss. The information and movement screenings conducted in these sessions will be used as a baseline assessment to then use as a  comparison later on down the road to assess progress. This package is suitable for anyone who wants to assess their fitness, receive a baseline workout and program from a personal trainer. The Initial Package is required for anyone continuing on to purchase any of the training packages offered.

One-on-One Training Sessions

After completing your initial package, you will work with your personal trainer towards your health and fitness goals discussed in the two sessions just completed.  Choose from 5, 10, or 20 sessions based on the timeline of your goals and how often you would like to meet with your trainer and the program they have created for you. By working with a trainer, you will have your own coach rooting for your success every step of the way.

*Must complete Initial Package prior to purchasing training sessions.

  • In-person Personal Training: Client fills out the registration form, selects “In-person training” and completes an initial package. Once the initial package is complete, they will purchase 5, 10 or 20 session packages. Same process for partner training. Workouts will be completed in person and also tracked in the app for each session.
  • Virtual Personal Training: Client fills out the registration form, selects “Virtual training” and completes an initial package via Zoom with trainer. Once the initial package is complete, they will purchase 5, 10 or 20 session packages and complete them via Zoom. Same process for partner training. Workouts will be completed via Zoom and tracked in the app for each session.

Partner Training Sessions

Want to train but not sure you want to do it alone? Partner Training is a great option! After your initial packages, your trainer will create workouts to satisfy both you and your partner’s health and fitness goals. By working out with a friend/partner/spouse/etc you will have an instant accountabilibuddy and a support system to have fun with while working towards your goals. AND on top of that… you both save money! Win. Win. Win.

When choosing a workout partner, please keep the following in mind:

  • Be sure to coordinate schedules prior to signing up.   This will not only ensure that you can make the commitment together but also makes scheduling an appointment with a trainer more feasible.
  • Each session, both clients must be present to train. If something occurs last minute and one cannot attend, the session will be docked from both accounts even if only one client is present.

*Prices include ONE client; therefore, each individual must have purchased a package before being assigned to a trainer.

** Each individual must complete an Initial Assessment prior to the first session. This can be completed individually or together depending on the goal of the training sessions.

  • Steps: Group contacts Fitness Coordinator to set up a group with a trainer. Workouts will be completed in person and tracked in the app for each session.

Remote Training

Want to work with a trainer but don’t have the availability or desire to meet consistently? Let your assigned trainer learn about your goals in an Initial Package to then create a 4 week personalized program you can do on your own via our new training app, Trainerize. Your trainer will do check-ins with you bi-weekly to make sure everything is going well. This option gives you the expertise and direct contact with a trainer, but with the flexibility to workout on your own- anytime, anywhere. Each month you will need to renew your Remote Training membership to continue to receive updates to your workout program and have access to your trainer/Trainerize app. Fill out the registration form and purchase the Initial Package to get started.

  • Steps: Client fills out the registration form, selects “remote training”, purchases and then completes the initial package in-person or over Zoom with a trainer. Once the initial package is complete, they will purchase the “Remote Training” package on Fusion. The remote training package includes a 4 week personalized program with bi-weekly optional 15 minute video check-ins with trainers. Clients must renew each month to continue progressing the program. They will automatically lose access to their program after the 4 weeks is up to prompt them to purchase another month via Fusion. Clients will be encouraged to send videos of their movements for trainer review/feedback.

Personalized Programs

Do you feel confident to workout on your own but don’t know what to do or want one less thing to think about? Let one of our trainers do the work for you! They will learn about your goals in the initial package to then build you a personalized 8 week program to complete on your own.

  • Steps: Client fills out the registration form, selects “personalized program” and completes the initial package in-person, over the phone or via Zoom with a trainer. Once the initial package is complete, the trainer will create the client a personalized 8-week program. Once the 8 weeks are complete, they have the option to purchase another 8 week program.
