The Colorado State University Men’s Club Soccer Team is a competitive organization that plays and competes with club soccer teams from other universities. The club consists of two teams, the gold and green team, with gold being the first team and green being the second team. Each
team consists of approximately 20-25 players and there are tryouts at the beginning of the fall semester to earn placement on one of the teams. Both teams are part of the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Soccer League (RMSCL) which is a league in Region V of the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA). Both teams compete during the fall semester, with the goal of earning a spot and competing at regionals and then nationals.

Practices are usually held 4 times a week, and attendance is non-mandatory and time permitting for players. During the off-season, spring, optional practices are still held for those wanting to continue playing. Participating and competing with the Colorado State University Men’s Club Soccer team is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow students and players, have a great time, and grow together.
