Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness programming including group fit, cycle, and yoga classes; personal training; and dance & martial arts classes.

How to Participate

Getting involved with the fitness program is easy! Here’s how you can get started:

  • Group fit and cycle classes are free to members. No previous experience is required – simply show up before the start of the class. Learn more about group fit and cycle here.
  • Yoga classes are offered for free at the beginning of each fall and spring semester. Continued participation requires a yoga pass, which can be purchased at the Service Center. Learn more about yoga here
