Campus Recreation’s Fitness Program hosts a variety of programming and classes, including group fit, cycle, and mind/body (aka yoga) fitness classes, personal trainer fitness camps, dance & martial arts classes, and one-on-one training with personal trainers.

Get Involved

Ready to sign-up for a fitness class, try a martial arts course, or meet a personal trainer for a workout? Getting involved with the Fitness Program is easy! Here's how:

  • Group fitness classes (excluding Cycle and Mind/Body classes) are free to members! Just drop in.
  • Fitness passes can be purchased at the Service Center. Learn more about each pass here.
  • To sign-up for a Dance & Martial Arts course, Personal Trainer session, or a Personal Trainer Fitness Camp visit the Service Center.

Class Changes List Serv

Do you regularly participant in Mind/Body or Cycle classes? Want to know when there are cancellations, changes, or edits to a class due to instructor illness or scheduling issues? Sign-up for a list serv to receive an email notification when there is a change to the schedule at the following links:


  • Underneath “Subscribing to ______,” enter your email address
    • Submitting your name and picking a password is optional
  • Click “Subscribe”

To unsubscribe, follow the same link above and enter your email address associated with your subscription underneath the appropriately labeled section. Then click “Unsubscribe or edit options.”
