Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness programming including group fit, cycle, and yoga classes; personal training; and dance & martial arts classes.
How to Participate
Getting involved with the fitness program is easy! Here’s how you can get started:
Group fit and cycle classes are free to members. No previous experience is required – simply show up before the start of the class. Learn more about group fit and cycle here.
Yoga classes are offered for free at the beginning of each fall and spring semester. Continued participation requires a yoga pass, which can be purchased at the Service Center. Learn more about yoga here.
