The fitness program at Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness classes with certified fitness instructors including group fit, cycle, and yoga. Every class welcomes participants of all fitness levels, so with about 100 classes a week, you can find the class that’s right for you. All group fitness and cycle classes and some yoga classes are free, and you can find the full schedule live updated via the Google Calendar on this page or you can download a PDF from our Google Drive here.

Campus Recreation Group Fitness and Yoga classes are suitable for all fitness levels and do not require previous experience. Our instructors are trained to create classes for participants to be able to engage within their desired comfort level; please remember to listen to and honor your body to avoid injury. If you feel discomfort or dizziness, discontinue exercising and notify the instructor.

Group fitness classes are for everyone with options like Zumba®, barbell, kickboxing, sculpt, cycling, bootcamp and more. Arrive early to guarantee a spot and especially for classes where equipment is used. Drop in any day of the week – All classes are FREE to members!

Cycling classes are free and have limited space; call (970) 491-3085 to reserve a spot starting the day before and ending 30 minutes before the class starts. Please arrive at least 3 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure you get the spot you reserved, but arriving 5 minutes early is advised, especially for your first class.

The yoga team at CSU Campus Recreation strives to provide an authentic yoga experience that is accessible to everybody. How you approach your yoga
practice is personal, and we encourage you to try many different class offerings and find what resonates with you. We take responsibility for representing
thousands of years of deeply rooted Yogic tradition and do our best to maintain the integrity of the practice. In addition to the poses (asana), classes may
incorporate aspects of Yogic philosophy, meditation practice, and the connection between breath and energy. In alignment with the Campus Recreation
values, the yoga program is committed to offering a space inclusive of all backgrounds, body types, genders, experience levels, belief systems and identities.

Yoga classes are offered throughout the day in beautiful and spacious Studio 4. Several classes per week are available for FREE for members; the rest are accessible with a yoga pass. An unlimited yoga pass is available at the Service Center for $69.00 for one semester, and a single class pass is available for $4.00.

To be alerted via email when yoga classes are canceled or subbed, please join our yoga listserv by visiting this link.
