If you feel discomfort or dizziness, discontinue exercising and notify the instructor.

The yoga team at CSU Campus Recreation strives to provide an authentic yoga experience that is accessible to everybody. How you approach your yoga
practice is personal, and we encourage you to try many different class offerings and find what resonates with you. We take responsibility for representing
thousands of years of deeply rooted Yogic tradition and do our best to maintain the integrity of the practice. In addition to the poses (asana), classes may
incorporate aspects of Yogic philosophy, meditation practice, and the connection between breath and energy. In alignment with the Campus Recreation
values, the yoga program is committed to offering a space inclusive of all backgrounds, body types, genders, experience levels, belief systems and identities.
Yoga classes are offered throughout the day in beautiful and spacious Studio 4. Several classes per week are available for FREE for members; the rest are accessible with a yoga pass. An unlimited yoga pass is available at the Service Center for $69.00 for one semester, and a single class pass is available for $4.00.
