FACILITY/INSTRUCTOR REQUEST FORM:
To request a reservation or instructor, fill out the form on this page. Once submitted, the Campus Recreation team will review the request and determine availability. Facility/Instructor availability and a preliminary cost estimate will be sent within 3-5 business days of submitting the request. Staffing or room reservation fees will apply. Outside instructors are not permitted to teach at the Student Recreation Center.
**Please note that completing and submitting this request does not guarantee a reservation. All events must be contracted through Colorado State University’s Campus Recreation Department at least 2 weeks prior to the requested event date(s). Only upon final approval will a confirmation be issued to hold the event.
**Please note that cancellations and/or changes to reservation times must be communicated to the Campus Recreation Facility Scheduling staff via email. Reservations canceled less than 2 weeks out will still be charged to the group.
STUDENT REC CENTER COURTS
The Main Gym and Mac Gym inside the Student Rec Center are not reservable. If you need an indoor court space similar to those, submit your request to Facilities Management using this link. That office can help you find a time to reserve the courts in the Moby Complex or Glenn Morris Field House.
FITNESS STUDIOS
The studios inside the Student Recreation Center are not reservable unless you are working with campus recreation staff to plan your event. If you need a studio space similar to those, you should submit your request to Facilities Management. That office can help you reserve spaces in other campus buildings.
INTRAMURAL FIELDS
If you are trying to reserve the Intramural Fields, your request must go to Facilities Management using this link.
MASSAGE CHAIR EVENTS
If you would like to request chair massages at your next event, use this link. (note: all requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event)
EQUIPMENT RESERVATIONS
