Why massage?

I chose massage therapy because of the immediate and long-term effects. The work is extremely gratifying to see someone leaving a session in less or no pain and moving more efficiently than when the session started.

What should clients expect when they come to see you?
Clients should expect a therapist who is serious about his work and will do everything within his training to assist that client in reaching his/her goal, whether that be better movement, less pain, or rehabilitating from an injury.

Education:

Why massage?

Massage provides so many opportunities to benefit the human body and the person inside. Pain and discomfort do not have to be a part of peoples’ daily lives, and it is so fulfilling for me to show people their own capacity to heal.

What should clients expect when they come to see you?
Clients should expect a therapist that loves to help people help themselves. During a session, we will work together to find patterns that are causing pain, reset your tissues to a more optimal working structure, and create a plan to maintain the effects of the bodywork after you leave.
