Fitness Classes

The fitness program at Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness classes with certified fitness instructors including group fit, cycle and yoga. Every class welcomes participants of all fitness levels, so with about 100 classes a week, you can find the class that’s right for you. Most classes are free, and you can find the complete schedule here. Expand the sections below to learn more about each type of class.

Group fit classes are for everyone with options like Zumba®, barbell, kickboxing, sculpt, Pilates, bootcamp and more. Arrive early to guarantee a spot and especially for classes where equipment is used. Drop in any day of the week – All group fit classes are FREE to members!

New for spring 2019 – All cycle classes are FREE to members! Classes may fill up; call (970) 491-3085 to reserve a spot the day before up to 30 minutes before class. Please arrive at least 3 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure you get the spot you reserved, but arriving 5 minutes early is advised, especially for your first class.

Yoga classes are offered throughout the day in the beautiful Studio 4. Several classes per week are available for FREE for members; the rest are accessible with a yoga pass. An unlimited yoga pass is available at the Service Center for $69.00 for one semester, and a single class pass is available for $4.00.


Campus Recreation fitness classes do not require previous experience, and our instructors welcome all participants. Please remember to listen to your body; if you feel discomfort or dizziness, stop exercising and notify the instructor.
