Fun fact: I received my yoga teaching training certificate in India and studied meditation techniques in both India and Nepal. I’m really big into traveling – my favorite place being either the Andes or the Himalayas. However, I absolutely love living in Colorado and spend my free time rock climbing, camping/backpacking, fly-fishing, riding my motorcycle, and spending time with my Aussie named Buddha!

Fun fact: I am also a Social Worker, and passionate about supporting the mental and emotional health of individuals and communities. I enjoy finding ways to build bridges between mind-body-heart in ways that resonate with the unique beliefs, needs and desires of the individual or group. I am a mother of three awesome humans, and I love to spend my time with my family exploring the outdoors and being in nature as much as possible. Getting my feet into flowing water, and especially getting under waterfalls are my favorite ways to replenish and refuel!

Fun fact: I am a mom of 2 awesome teenagers and a Saint Bernard. I love to travel with my husband and enjoy being outside hiking, camping, paddle boarding or just walking or biking anywhere with friends in this beautiful state of Colorado! My yoga practice keeps me grounded and grateful and I love sharing this ancient tradition with others!

Fun fact: I love being outside! Whether it’s tubing down the Poudre River in the summertime, skiing in the winter, climbing, running or flowing in the sun, count me in! I am always looking to try new things.

Fun fact: My favorite quote for people who say they don’t think they could do yoga is, “How to do yoga: 1) Have a body 2) Do yoga that feels good to you.” It really is that simple. I am a Colorado native who grew up in the mountains. I love being in nature and I am also a huge astronomy nerd so I will often incorporate space themes into my yoga classes.

Favorite style(s) of yoga: This truly depends on what my body, mind, and spirit need! I love to flow enough so that I can clear my head and feel fully embodied, but slow enough that I can listen to my body’s intuition.

Fun fact: I’ve grown up playing the drums and have a deep passion for rhythm, music, and movement. If you come to my class, be ready for intentionally-curated playlists aimed to support you feeling engaged, embodied, and empowered! Let’s boogie!

How I love to move/train: I have a lot of experience practicing high-intensity running and bodyweight training, and I have added weight lifting to my workout routine

Samy

How I love to move/train: Weight lifting, resistance training, circuit training, hiking, dance

Education: Health and Exercise Science Major with a concentration in Sports Medicine

Certifications: ACE Personal Trainer Certification, American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid

Theresa

How I love to move/train: I continue to pursue my love for lifting and consistently seek to improve my maxes for bench, squat and deadlift. I also enjoy sparring and the occasional jog. Physical training through Air Force ROTC also pushed me to stay in shape.

Education: Psychology – Mind , Brain and Behavior Concentration

Certifications: ACE Personal Trainer Certification, American Red Cross CPR/ AED and First Aid certifications
